Philadelphia cops are completely and totally incompetent wow gold.

I got hit by a car last year - not a hit and run, fortunately she stopped when my head went through her windshield. The cops came and wrote a report stating that the woman who had hit me was driving the wrong way down a wow gold one way street when she caused the accident. The catch? No ticket. My leg was shattered and I’ll never walk the same again, but the woman who hit me has no consequences whatsoever.

I called and wrote letters for months asking for a ticket to be issued or at least asking for a reason why wow gold they wouldn’t enforce the law.
